Do I need to be in shape or have experience to start?

No, you don't need to be in shape or have any previous fitness experience like many of our clients. We are beginner friendly. Whether you're brand new to fitness or returning after years away, we meet you where you are. Every program is customized to your current fitness level.

What if I need to travel or reschedule?

We offer flexible scheduling, so we can accommodate to your busy calendar. As long as you give us 24-hour notice, we'll work with your schedule to reschedule the session. We'll also teach you how to stay consistent even while traveling.

How much time per week do I need to commit?

Just 3 hours per week. That's 3 focused training sessions of 60 minutes each. No marathon weekend workouts required. We design efficient workouts that fit into your busy schedule—before work, during lunch, or after the office closes.

What about nutrition? Do I need to follow a strict diet?

No extreme diets or cookie cutter meal plans that make you feel miserable. We provide customized simplified nutrition guidance that fits your lifestyle whether you eat out for work or prefer meal prep. You'll learn sustainable habits, not restrictive rules. Most clients are surprised how much they can still enjoy their favourite foods while getting results.
